On 29 March  2016, Forest Certificate Office (FCO) and Thai – EU FLEGT Secretariat Office (TEFSO) under RFD arrange the Thai – EU  FLEGT  VPA working group on product scope meeting no.2/2016 at H.A. Slade Building, Department of National Parks, Wildlife and Plant Conservation.The meeting  continued from the product scope meeting no.1/2016 which arranged on 15 February 2016, Mr. ฺBanjong Wongsrisoontron , FCO and TEFSO Director is a chairman of the meeting. Ad-hoc working group discuss on  relevant wood product  and Harmonized System Code (HS Code)  which will be brought under product scope annex. In the afternoon, Ad-hoc working group discuss on “Gap Issue Paper”,  which has been analysed from the LD consultation process and collected by LD consultants, Mr.Rod Nixon and Ms.Pawinee Udommai. This document  has  options to solve the gap in Thai law, including explanation of advantage and disadvantage in each options.
