Thai-EU FLEGT Secretariat Office (TEFSO)
On 16 September 2010, the Royal Forest Department is the main coordinating agency on FLEGT related matters. The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment has issued the Order 187/2554 dated 7 June 2011, establishing National FLEGT Committee, by the Permanent Secretary of MoNRE is the chairman of the Thai Negotiation Team. End of year 2013, the Royal Forest Department established Thai-EU FLEGT Secretariat Office (TEFSO), being directly under the Director-General of the Royal Forest Department, responsible for coordinating and carrying out all FLEGT related matters in Thailand.
