Thai – EU FLEGT VPA working group meeting no.1/2016 : Product scope
The VPA annex on product scope identifies the range of timber and timber products covered by a Voluntary Partnership Agreement (VPA) and identifies each product by a HS code. Raw materials such as logs, sawn wood, veneers, plywood and railway sleepers must be included, However, Thailand can include additional products in order to cover all of their timber exports to the EU
