The Federation of Thai Industry, as ahead of the Sub-meeting group, held a meeting on Supply Chain Control (SCC) on Private Land, to talk on a draft on SCC on Private Land accordance to FLEGT VPA, and will be used in the talk with EU. The meeting was focused on revising laws on timber logging on private land and the agriculturals. However, there are still issues that needed to be brought into the meeting.

            The finalized version of the draft will be brought to talk in 5/2019 Ad-hoc Working Group (AHWG) for further negotiation between Thailand and EU.

            The meeting was held on September 9, 2019, at the Federation of Thai Industry, with participation from public, private, and civil society.
