On 19th-20th September 2018, Thai sub-working group on Legality Definition (LD) had arranged a meeting at TEFSO meeting room, mainly aimed to revise the legality definition document.
The meeting led by Ms Pavinee Udommai, a consultant on LD revision, and Mr Vijarn Sensakul, the director of Legal Act and Contract Division and the leader of LD sub-working group.

During the meeting, some messages and words were changed and added while some parts of the documents were reordered. Moreover, the discussion had brought some gaps into consideration which was raised to be further discussed and improved.

However, after this meeting, the consultant will further revise the LD document as the meeting concluded as well as develop the summary presentation to propose to the 6th Ad-Hoc working group for 2018 which will be held on 3rd October 2018.
