On 24 August 2017, at 09.00 a.m. – 12.00 p.m. TEFSO officers attended the RFD single window workshop at The Planning and Information Technology Bearer meeting room, Royal Forestry Department.

Mr.James Sandom and Ms.Pawinee Udommai, the field test consultant, took this opportunity to meet The Director of Planning and Information Technology Bearer to learn the mentioned system.

RFD Single Window is the system that can facilitate E-Business, for instance, request for transportation certification, conformation letter of timber product, and an export permit. This is for more convenient and faster process, reduction in paper usage and enabling tracking system on every step of each process.
