On 16 June 2017, Thai EU FLEGT Secretariat Office (TEFSO) under The Royal Forest Department arranges The  TH-EU FLEGT committee meeting No.3/2017 at the 17th floors meeting room, Ministry of Natural and Environmental (MNRE). Mr. Wijarn Simachaya,Permanent Secretary of MONRE is the chairman of the meeting.The objectives of the meeting are;

1. To be acknowledged on the preparation for Joint Expert Meeting (JEM) and Negotiation (NEG) 
2. To give comments and provide the guide for the sensitive issues in the negotiation process
3. To discuss towards the guideline on the public relations 

The Joint Expert Meeting (JEM) will be held on 27-28 June 2017, during 09.30am – 17.00pm and the first negotiation will be held the afternoon  of June  29-30th at Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Hotel, Bangkok. The Royal Forest Department currently is in the process of preparing for those meetings.
