What is E-tree?

On 24 August 2017, at 1.00 p.m. – 4.00 p.m. Forest Certification Office or FCO arranges the E-tree presentation which aims to strengthen understanding of the E-tree system.

The presentation took place at Thai EU FLEGT Secretariat Office meeting room which has Mr. Thada Suwanwimon, the forestry technical officer was the presenter of e-tree system to Technical Consultant in terms of field test under legality definition for those who are interested

Royal Forestry Department started E-tree system to facilitate registration system and the process of logging permit which any wood that is not forbidden under section 7. for instance;  rubber wood, Eucalyptus wood, etc, that planted on the land with a patent. for instance, Title Deed [NS.3] can be registered in the mentioned system.

FCO is in the processing of collecting data for developing the system to be more efficient.
