Thai Timber Legality Definition or LD is a compilation of Thai laws and regulations governing the legality of Thai timber products. The annex covers forest law and other related laws to the production and trading of timber products, such as factory, commercial, labor, environmental, and customs laws.
The drafting of this annex, which involves stakeholders from various sectors in the regulatory review, allowed stakeholders to discover together the existing gaps in the Thai timber law and provide recommendations on legal amendments.
