A meeting of the AHWG was held on 21 October 2015 at TEFSO which the consultants (Pawinee Udommai and Rod Nixon) presented work to date. A key objective of this meeting was to “clarify the flexibility (open to the consultants) in rearranging the structure”.

At the meeting, the consultants presented a matrix structure which blended the most recent (Liberian VPA-based) Legal Definition (LD) with an earlier “modular” LD.  Following the presentation of this model, stakeholders provided input on a range of areas. Stakeholders asked the consultants to continue developing the matrix and then send it to them for further comment.
