On 15^th June 2015, Mr. Prayut Chan-Ocha, Thai Prime Minister, presided over the opening ceremony of the World Environment Day 2558 under the theme “Seven Billion Dreams, One Planet, Consume with Care Earth” at the Royal Paragon Hall, Siam Paragon, Bangkok.

Mr. Dapong Rattanasuwan, Minister of Natural Resources and Environmental, welcomed participants and informed the objectives of this event. After that H.E. Mr. Jesús Miguel Sanz Escorihuela, Ambassador and Head of the European Union (EU) delegation to Thailand expressed an intention on joining the campaign of environmentally friendly consumption for reducing the impact of climate change. Various organizations were arranged the exhibitions to promote environment conservation. Thai-EU Secretariat Office (TEFSO) collaborated with European Union to arrange the exhibition on FLEGT implementation in Thailand during this event.
