The Workshop on “Stakeholder Participatory Workshop on Timber Legality Definition in Thailand” No.3 was arranged on 17-19 November 2015 at Western Grand Hotel,  Ratchaburi. Mr.Somchai Prempanichnukul Director Forest Management Bureau No.10 (Ratchaburi Province)  was a chairman in opening ceremony. Eighty-nine participants were from local stakeholders, speakers and observers from related sectors. The meeting was filled with joyful, The participants proposed regulations, law which need to be solved.

The workshop aimed to build understanding on timber legality in Thailand, FLEGT VPA process and give a chance to stakeholder on timber legality definition discussion, reflect expectation and progress of FLEGT VPA in Thailand. The methodology of the workshop was focus on giving correct information which lead to participatory process by group discussion.

This workshop was the second workshop in regional under the project. After the workshop, the feedback from participants which reflected from questionnaire and expectation panel were good especially the participatory process.
