On 7th July 2015, Thai-EU Secretariat Office (TEFSO) was arranged the product scope meeting to identify the range of timber and timber products which will be put on Voluntary Partnership Agreement (VPA). It must include logs; sawn wood, veneers, plywood and railway sleepers, but VPA can also include additional products like other VPA partner countries also included all timber that exporting in the scope, it does not need to focusing only product that exports to Europe.
