On 28 January 2016 TEFSO arranged Thai – EU FLEGT VPA working group meeting : Participatory on Legality Definition no.1 followed in RFD command 247/2559 at Meeting room no.1, Tieam Komkrit Building,RFD. The meeting has continued from the previous LD Ad-hoc working group on 18 December 2015 .
The main objective of the meeting was to give an opportunity for Thai – EU FLEGT VPA Ad-Hoc working group to gave comments on draft LD 3 (edited version), which edited the contents, regulations and law as suggestion from the first LD meeting on 18 December 2016. Furthermore, LD consultant presented FLEGT critical gaps which the issues raised by stakeholders. FLEGT VPA Ad-Hoc working group divided into small discussion groups to prioritized 11 Critical gaps issued and presented their opinions.
