On 23rd April 2018, Ms.Pavinee Nernmai , an consultant for Thai’land’s legality definition development, paid a visit to TEFSO and discussed with Mr. Banjong Wongsrisoontorn, the Director of Thai-EU FLEGT Secretariat office (TEFSO), together with the associated person over the scope of work and work plan as the consultant as well as its procedure. The duration of the contract will be from 1st April to 15th October 2018.

This employment of the Legality Definition consultant is in accordance with the agreement during the Third Joint Expert Meeting (JEM3) in which both EU and Thailand had agreed to hire a technical consultant for developing and improving Thai legality definition. This is to facilitate and support the LD’s creation and its revision.
