On October 19th, 2018, the Thai timber legality assurance system (TLAS) sub-working group held a meeting with representatives from EFI, leading by Mr Alexander Hinrichs. The meeting aimed to look over the content within the draft TLAS document and its associated issues, together with considering the supply chain control data flow table and its details revised by the TLAS consultant.

During the meeting,  some related sceptical issues were discussed for the better understanding including FLEGT VPA procedures, independent audit, compliant mechanism and transparency, and FLEGT licensing procedures.
